The AAI have just released the results for the National Marathon championship for men, which was run in conjunction with the Dublin city marathon.

Peader Nugent, who has toed the line for every single one of the Dublin city marathons, gets an extra medal to add to his collection, by picking up the silver medal in the M65 category.
Galway City Harriers picked up the national team title, with Ian Egan and Conor Maloney adding to Michael O Connor's time.
Ian also picked up a bronze medal in the M40 category.
Craughwell's Mark Davis is rewarded for a cracking run with a silver medal in the M35 category, followed by Mayo's TJ McHugh in third.
Tom Hunt gets a national gold medal as the clear winner in the M60 category, and Kilmurray Ibrikane's James Kenny was 2nd in M50.
