Congrats to Mary Kealy who was 4th (and first master) woman home in the BDN 10KM this afternoon, Sunday 14 December! She was decked out in AAC singlet and green Fields hat all the way through. Bernie Mulryan almost broke 45 minutes and was 7th woman home.

James Lundon ran his 43rd race of the year, clocking low 43s, somewhat off his sub-42 a few weeks ago. The AAC Christmas Party must have taken more out of him than he thought it might! Club stalwart James Corbett also ran his 9th race since August and is continuing to improve his times.

Congrats to all in South Galway AC (Juvenile) on an excellently organised event over what feels like a fast course. It was also a good day for neighbouring "club", Gort Hurling Club.
