A big well done to our juvenile athletes that travelled to Sligo on Saturday June 7 for Connachts.  

All the athletes did very well in all their chosen events.  In the pairs events the following go on to represent Athenry in the All Irelands on June 21 in Tullamore, sprint Calum Healy and Adam Molloy, Long jump Fearghus Deeley and Adam Molloy, long distance 600m Darragh McNelis and Fearghus Deeley.  

The u11 boys relay team also qualified: Adam Molloy, Calum Healey, Finn McIntyre, Fearghus Deeley and Darragh Mc Nelis.  

The u12 Girls also did very well with Ellie Cronin silver in long jump and 7th in long distance and Saoirse Healey bronze in high jump and 4th in long jump.
