A good friend of the club, Tom Enright, is taking part.  Exceprt of press release on behalf of Tom:

On July 4th in Sixmilebridge Tom Enright will attempt to run 10 marathons in 10 days as part of a event organized by B.M.O.H A.C which will see participants from Ireland and the UK take part.

This is a massive challenge and I hope everyone here in Avaya will show their support to Tom in his efforts and contribute to his fundraising efforts for both very worthy causes.

A word from Tom...

“Since 2003 I have been running marathons and to date I have completed 64 however I have to admit I am out of my comfort zone in attempting to run 10 marathons in 10 days ! That said I am very lucky to be able to attempt this challenge and wish that in doing it I can raise much needed funds for Hand in Hand (Galway) & Pieta House (Mid west region).”
