Predator Tri Club & Tri Lakes Tri Club are organising a training Duathlon series based in Kilcornan and Tuam with four events.

We are inviting any club members from running clubs, cycling clubs to take part to give them an insight into cross training or having a go at multisport.

The next event is being held on Sunday next, 13th of February at Caherlistrane starting 1pm.

There will also be a junior / childrens event prior to each senior event which starts at 12 noon this Sunday in Tuam.

This is a low key series with distances about 4km run, 20km cycle, 4km run for the event.
