Co. Galway LSP and NUI Galway have arranged a Fitness Workshop for Saturday the
27th February 2010 at the NUI Galway Sports Pavilion, Dangan. The workshop entitled
‘Sports performance – Fitness Assessment and Conditioning for Sport’, will be of use to
all team managers and coaches, regardless of sport. The workshop runs for 3 hours and
the entrance fee is €25pp.

all the clubs within your respective organisations.
