Congrats to all who took part in the Masters & Intermediate & Juvenile Development National Cross Country Championships which took place at Tuam's Palace Grounds today, Sunday 8 February . An event which was brilliantly organised by Brian Bruton, Brendan Monaghan & their army of helpers that included our own Maire Treasa Beatty, Iain Shaw and James Lundon.

Athenry AC had a dozen or so members taking part across the grades with Jane Ann Meehan best of the lot with an 8th position & 3rd place for the Galway team but the big success came in the Juvenile races where Adam O' Halloran, Sarah Gilhooley & Shannon Lee were the medal winners.
