A beautiful day out in Carna on Saturday evening last (11 October) for the 4th running in their popular 10KM Road Race. 

Congrats to all the organisers on a very well organised event, with the refreshments coming in for especially high mention afterward, in the Carna Bay Hotel, a hope, step & jump from the start/finish line.  If I get a better bowl of soup all year, I'll be surprised.
