In Longford today Siobhan Guinan was first lady home in a time of 45.34 in the 10k Cairn Hill Challenge, a well earned title.

Down in Limerick Lezan Kimutai won the marathon & Peter Brandon won the half marathon as part of the Limerick Run.

Chris Deakin dipped under the 90mins for the first time today in the half marathon with a 1.29.59 for a new PB whilst Jane Mangan dipped under the 2 hours with a 1.59.01. We had 9 runners in total taking part in the half whilst in the full we had Sheelagh Earls & Martina Passman joining Lezan.
