Brother Colm believes that traditional methods for sporting success need to be replaced with modern thinking and a more holistic approach. "It's an attitude, it's an approach, it's the way you deal with an athlete. It's the environment in which you bring them, that is what is important."

Admission to the Q&A is only €10, with all proceeds to Charity.
