The Running of the fourth Annual Milltown 10k "Run for Ollie" took place last Saturday the 15th June. 550 enthusiastic participants took to the roads of Milltown in what can only be described as perfect running conditions. We had a very competitive men's senior race decided by 1sec with John Mannion from Roscommon just coming in first from John Byrne from Mayo AC . David Tiernan from Mayo came in 3rd in a time of 36.03. Mary Glesson from Mayo AC retained her title in a great time of 38.09 with Eimear O'Leary from Clarinbridge coming in 2nd and Ann Lennon from Galway in 3rd.
