County Longford AC have updated our Longford Summer Running Series as follows for the next 2 races



 



County Longford Athletic Club - Longford Summer Running Series 10 mile Road Race, Sunday 13th June, suitable for runners, joggers & walkers Start time 11am Registration on the day, registration at the Mall Sports Complex, Longford Town, changing and shower facilities available. Medals to all finishers, prizes for first 3 male and Female € 15 per race or € 40 for the 3 races Series will act as excellent preparation for runners / walkers who are preparing for the Longford Marathon and other Marathons later on in the year.



 



 



County Longford Athletic Club - Longford Summer Running Series 1/2 Marathon Road Race, Sunday 18th July, suitable for runners, joggers & walkers Start time 11am Registration on the day, registration at the Mall Sports Complex, Longford Town, changing and shower facilities available. Medals to all finishers, prizes for first 3 male and Female € 15 per race or € 40 for the 3 races Series will act as excellent preparation for runners / walkers who are preparing for the Longford Marathon and other Marathons later on in the year.
